This approach treats the whole person, assessing range of movement, flexibility, strength, areas of weakness and imbalances, both on and off the mat. Starting with consultation & assessment, onto the mat for a 45min movement session finished by 45min massage. There are options for an exercise prescription plan or without. These sessions are recommended to those who want to improve their range of movement, mobility, flexibility, for general well-being, maintenance.
